My mom bought these for Christmas. They are hummus chips. Literally made out of hummus (well, at least chickpea flour and the like).  Made my day.

this is a really bad photo tbh, but I made a pizza with hummus, spinach, peppers, seitan, onions, sundried tomatoes, and almonds, and oh my lord it was one of the greatest things I’ve ever eaten.
